The Staging Process

Hassle Free P.I. home staging is a three step process.


1. PLANNING

After a comprehensive inspection of your property inside and out, we will provide you with a detailed written report listing options for changes and improvements you may wish to make in order to get top dollar and a quick sale.

You will need to allow about 2 hours for the inspection and then about half an hour for the consultation where we go through the report with you.

2. PREPARATION

Any suggestions for improvements or modifications that we believe will increase your asking price will be listed in your report, and we will discuss them with you during the consultation. You then decide how many and which of our reccommendations you’d like to implement.

You can then choose what you’d like to do yourselves, and leave the rest to us!

We just roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to give your property the edge over others.

3. PRESENTATION

Using internationally proven staging strategies and lifestyle marketing techniques we present your property for inspection. We target the most likely buyers for your property, and our professional presentation is designed to help those buyers “fall in love” with your home.

We can rent you accessories and artwork to enhance the look of your home. If you require furniture hire we organize that for you as well.

Once you’ve signed your contract for the sale of your property we’ll come back and remove any furniture or accessories you may have rented through us.
